In Bussum we are working on Hof van Eeden, a new-build project, and in Loosdrecht on the conversion of the Terpstraschool. 't Gooi is a region of villa parks, farm villages and early-twentieth-century architecture, where new build and renovation must relate to a strong character.
The Gooi en Vechtstreek region consists of Blaricum, Eemnes, Gooise Meren (Bussum, Naarden, Muiden), Hilversum, Huizen, Laren and Wijdemeren. Each municipality has its own omgevingsplan and advisory committee: MOOI Noord-Holland for Gooise Meren and Huizen among others, MooiSticht for Blaricum, Eemnes and Laren, and its own committee in Hilversum. Many village centres and villa areas are protected.
